===== For files larger than 30MB =====

  *  Option 1:   If possible, utilize the common (k:) drive shared by your department or other existing shared drives.
  *  Option 2:   Click [[newftp|here]] for instructions on how to use our FTP server. 


===== For files smaller than 30MB =====

  *  Ideally, utilize shared drives or ftp for all file sharing.
  *  For small files, it is convenient and non-detrimental to the system to send as an email attachment.
  *  The current attachment limit is 30MB.
